• – the interior: the home (the hearth, food preservation, the kitchen), the workshop (the blacksmith, the carpenter, the cooper), the education;
• – the exterior: the woods (chestnut tree, olive tree, grapevine), the plain (wheat, hemp, breeding farms);
• – the trade: the market, the local fair, weights and measures.
